Artschatz products and customer service are great. We had an issue with a broken cable on one of our stars and the replacement was there within two days and the video showing how to fix it was very straight forward.
I had to but a replacement part a second time separated by a year and was remembered and assisted with ensuring I paid for (less money) and received the part I needed instead of what I ordered in error.
