Return / Refund Policy

The short version:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Just email return@artschatz.com before sending anything back.
• For unwanted items, we send you a prepaid return label. You get the item price refunded (minus the label cost) plus Shopify Store Credit for your shipping costs in both directions, label included.
• For damaged or defective items, we cover all shipping and will reship or refund, whichever you prefer.
• No restocking fee.
