Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Artschatz purchase. Please read the following policy carefully.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In their original packaging where applicable
  • Free from damage caused after delivery

Incense products, once opened, are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us before shipping any item back:

We will provide return instructions and a return authorization. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unwanted items (non-defective): The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a prepaid return label upon request, with the shipping cost deducted from your refund.

Defective or damaged items: We will cover return shipping costs. See "Damaged Items" below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Please email return@artschatz.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Claims reported after 5 business days cannot be accepted.

For damaged items, we will either:

  • Reship the item at no cost to you, or
  • Issue a full refund — whichever you prefer

We may not require the damaged item to be returned.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the credit.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened incense products (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery
