We put a lot of love into every Paper Star Light we make, and we want yours to bring you joy for years to come. If something isn't right — whatever the reason — please just reach out. We're real people and we'll do our best to help.

Electronic Parts — Lifetime Warranty

We stand fully behind the electronics in our Paper Star Lights with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If something stops working the way it should, we want to fix it.

A couple of things we ask:

  • The original paper star that came with the electronics is still intact and being used — the warranty covers the Paper Star Light as a whole, not electronics repurposed for another use.
  • The issue stems from a defect in the part itself, not external damage.

Shipping:

  • Within the first year of purchase, we'll ship you a replacement free of charge.
  • After the first year, we ask that you cover shipping costs on your end.

Paper Parts — Limited Warranty

The paper parts of our Paper Star Lights are delicate by nature, and we know accidents happen — sometimes a star gets a little torn right out of the box, or something comes apart earlier than it ever should. We cover:

  • Paper Star Lights that arrive damaged
  • Obvious manufacturing defects (e.g., parts coming apart within the first few weeks of normal use)

Even if the situation feels like it might not be covered, please reach out before assuming we can't help. We'd rather talk it through with you.
