Domestic USA Shipping

We ship via USPS First Class for smaller items and UPS or FedEx for larger packages. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on package size and destination.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of placement (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12PM EST may be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via UPS International. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note: International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, and holidays. Artschatz is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Customs & Import Duties: International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping cost and are collected by the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date:

We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and work to reship or refund your order. Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received should also be reported — we will do our best to assist, though we are unable to guarantee outcomes for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address.
Promotional Shipping
Free shipping promotions apply to domestic US orders only unless otherwise specified. Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
