I can’t get my amulet’s cord to close, the knot doesn’t fit through the loop. What can i do?
The dark brown fabric cords are all made by hand so they vary slightly. Luckily the fabric cord is flexible and you may need to take a sharpened pencil, a chopstick, metal nail, some pointed and round utensil to stick in the loop and train it to get larger, stretch the loop bigger.
